Vibrant Dish offers cooking classes that focus on food that will benefit your body and teach you how to:

  • Prepare quick and easy healthy meals
  • Choose foods that provide more energy and stamina
  • Add new health supportive meals to your cooking repertoire
  • Use diet to help prevent disease
  • Lose weight – often a by-product of a healthier diet

There are different levels of participation that we offer depending on your needs and the amount of people you are going to have participating in the class:

  1. Demonstration: you observe as instructor prepares recipes.
  2. Partial Participation: you assist with some food preparation.
  3. Hands-on: you cook under the guidance of chef.
