- Add new health supportive meals to your cooking repertoire

There are different levels of participation that we offer depending on your needs and the amount of people you are going to have participating in the class:
- Demonstration: you observe as instructor prepares recipes.
- Partial Participation: you assist with some food preparation.
- Hands-on: you cook under the guidance of chef.
