Maureen Cavalieri is the Founder of Vibrant Dish, a small, independent culinary agency celebrated by those in the know for delivering highly-personalized, nutrition-forward experiences. A lifelong New Yorker, Maureen has always had the gift of adding a personalized touch to any experience she offers. This spans across her private chef career, putting together beautifully held public events, or the rare talent of her gifting instinct.
After interning for Marc Alvarez at Urban Zen, Maureen found herself with an incredible opportunity to be a private chef for Donna Karan. This experience catapulted her career to developing healthy and innovative meals for celebrities, highly established figures, and politicians alike. From catering New York Fashion Week to Auction Week for the world's greatest art dealers, Maureen found herself catering for the most elite events in New York City. This pushed her into the movie scene and into developing incredible menus that were result-focused for movie sets and actors and actresses who had to look and feel a certain way to perform. Meal delivery, plans, and menus were key to clients. Maureen's business has always been focused on results and getting the exact results her clients need. Working with health-compromised individuals allowed her to experiment and get comfortable learning new cooking methods. To stay on top of new and innovative techniques or even ancient techniques Maureen traveled the world guest cheffing in locations like Ischia, Amalfi Coast, and several areas around Europe and nearby islands.
