Green Tea Salad Dressing:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
pinch of ground green tea
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Mix all ingredients and drizzle over salad.
